Ordering and Payment Policy

(1)Orders must be paid in full plus shipping before item(s) will be shipped.
(2)Orders paid by Money Order is guaranteed to be sent out in 3 business days after payment is received or there is a 10% discount given.
(3)Orders paid by personal checks will take 10 business days to process through the bank after payment has been received and will then be guaranteed sent out in 3 business days or a 10% discount will be given. Then will be guaranteed sent out in 3 business days or a 10% discount will be given.

Layaway Plan:
I now offer an easy payment plan. You choose the number of payments that fit your budget, up to six equal installments. To determine the payment amount, just divide the total cost of your order (include shipping) by the number of payments you choose. Send the first payment with your order. You will receive a payment book that you send back with each additional monthly payment. Your doll will be shipped when the final payment is received. You may also put the payment on your favorite charge card in the same manner. You will receive an E-mail each time the payment is applied to your card with an approval number. Each payment will be transacted on the same day each month. Starting with the date of the first payment received.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Please note that failure to complete payment arrangement or cancellation of order will result in forfeiture of all money paid previously. This policy is necessary due to the nature of our business and custom-made products.

Please allow 12 to 14 weeks for delivery of made-to-order dolls.

Return Policy:
Customers may return merchandise within 10 days of receipt, only in cases of defective workmanship. You must receive prior approval before returning merchandise. Through E-mail or written requests sent through regular U.S.Mail. We cannot be responsible for merchandise returned without prior approval. Returned merchandise will be restored, corrected and returned to the customer for approval. Refunds will only be issued as a last resort.
